MEET JEANETTE
Jeanette is an alluring scooter + sidecar mobile bar and beverage center - AKA Vesbar. She has three taps which are customizable to the beverages that speak to you. Book Jeanette as your main bar or as a second beverage station for a larger event. She's where you want her to be and her mobile bartending experience will leave you levitating. PSYCH BAR PHENOMENA
All packages include our mobile bar Jeanette, a certified STAR mixologist, development of craft cocktails, craft cocktail garnishes, ice, eco-friendly disposable drinkware, and napkins. We can also custom create a Psych Bar experience to meet the needs of your special event. Alcohol is NOT included in our packages. You will be purchasing the alcohol, but we will be supporting you every step of the way including helping you order specific booze quantities needed for you and your guests.

The Magic Wands Phenomenon includes our non-alcoholic version of the base package with up to three non-alcoholic kegs. A fun, child-friendly package.

The Mothman Phenomenon includes the base package plus aerial photography of your event using the Psych Bar drone.

Below are the basic steps in our process of planning your perfect event in collaboration with Psych Bar. Basically, this is how we get Jeanette rolling.
- Choose a package. We have a variety of packages to fit your event type and your budget. You can check out our packages HERE.
- Choose your beverages. From craft cocktails to wine, beer to child-friendly beverages, we can serve it all! Don't see your favorite beverage listed or need help creating the perfect beverage menu? Our Psych Bar team can work their magic to help you craft the perfect menu for your day - it's our honor and what we do best. Contact us today to get started.
- Secure your reservation. To secure Jeanette for your special occasion, a 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation. The remaining balance is due on your event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not receive a refund for the deposit. CLICK HERE to begin the reservation process.
- Pay your balance. On your special day the remaining balance is due. You can pay ahead of time if you'd like to take this off your plate.
- Celebrate. You and your guests get to cherish your beautiful day. Jeanette and the Psych Bar team will be there to serve you and to party along side you. We will help you create an event that's out of this world. We can't wait to serve you and your guests.
This is super easy! Start by filling out this contact section so we can chat about the details of your magical event and introduce you to our mobile bar, Jeanette.
- Flat ground or surface is preferred for setup and service
- Access (time) for set-up and break down
- Two standard outlets
- A generator is added to your package for outdoor beverage service
The earlier the better! Because Jeanette, our vesbar, is one-of-a-kind, she books out usually 6 months in advanced. Reach out today to inquire about your special day.
Legally, we offer mobile bar services, not alcohol sales. The good news is that when you purchase booze there is zero markup. Plus, what's purchased is yours to keep or even return for a refund in some cases.
The Psych Bar team will work with you to create a customized menu for your event or party. We will support you in ordering your alcohol. We will recommend the specific quantities of alcohol and help coordinate from start to finish.

- We carry General Event insurance
- It is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for the event
- If you purchase the beer or liquor, you assume responsibility of the event. If you purchase the beer or liquor through a caterer, that company assumes the liability of the event
We're sorry, but we cannot change dates last minute due to inclement weather.
Jeanette works well under tents (or even inside).
The host is responsible for tent coverage of the bar, but we are happy to accommodate to your needs. We also have a tent that can be added to your package.
We are located in Louisville, KY. While we are focused on local events, we are willing to travel. The first 40 miles are free.
